About Me?

Thanks for asking!

Born and raised in Manhattan, I've been lucky enough to have spent my life surrounded by the arts. Naturally dramatic, I've been crafting serialized stories since my days playing with barbies. My mother worked on Broadway throughout my childhood and I have many fond memories of visiting her backstage. At age fourteen, I started my first business - Broadway Bakery. I maintained contracts with shows and individuals, delivering pans of signature brownies for birthdays and special occasions.

I attended the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU where I was able to craft my own major. I named my course of study "Mental Shift by Social Contagion" - the study of psychological infection.  My focus was on media as conduits of messages that can then spread among a population following a disease model (which I came up with in the days before "going viral" was a common term). To this day, I think of my work in terms of the messages it spreads.

After graduation, I spent five years in project management in healthcare IT before I realized I wouldn't be happy if I didn't make it to working in television. Through sheer strength of will, I changed careers and landed where I want to be. In addition to my TV day job, I am writing pilots, producing web series, and creating whatever I can.
